The Windsor Group - one of Ireland's largest car dealer groups - is expanding again, taking on a Suzuki franchise and buying up one of the most prominent motoring sites in the country.
Four new jobs
Agnelli Motor Park was established in 2010, originally just off the Naas Road in Dublin before moving to a state-of-the-art premises on Airton Road in Tallaght. It was originally run by Michael Kerslake, Edward Kenny and Frances Kerslake who are now stepping back from the business. Windsor will be taking on the existing 14 employees, and aims to add four more positions, as Agnelli will become the main Peugeot and Suzuki dealers in south-west Dublin.
Renamed Windsor Airton, the dealership will have a new-car showroom and a service section with 14 work bays, a dedicated outdoor light commercial vehicle display area, and a 90-vehicle forecourt. "We are delighted to acquire such an established business, to strengthen our existing relationship with Peugeot and to add such a distinguished car brand as Suzuki to the growing range of car brands that Windsor sell and service," said Peter Nicholson, Managing Director of Windsor.
Ambitious plans
It's another step in Windsor's massive growth plans, and the company now has franchises for Nissan, Renault, Dacia, Opel, Peugeot, Mazda, Citroën and Suzuki, as well as the 'Motor Mall' concept that brings many of those brands under one roof.

The addition of the Windsor Airton Peugeot dealership means that Windsor is now one of the biggest Peugeot agents in the country, with other outlets in Swords Airside, Clonee and Drogheda.
