Toyota Ireland has taken the hatchet to prices of the Land Cruiser Commercial line-up, meaning it is now even easier to get behind the wheel of the 'most sought-after 4x4 in the world' (Toyota's words not ours!).
To begin with, a healthy €2,750 was lopped off the price of the manual transmission Land Cruiser SWB Commercial, meaning it now starts from just €37,995. The long wheelbase model has had a reduction of €1,770 to bring its starting price down to €40,995. Those who prefer their cars to shift gears for them will be delighted to hear that the automatic LWB Commercial variant's price has had €1,790 hacked off, bringing it down to €42,995. The Land Cruiser SWB model has moved into category C and now qualifies for VRT of just €200.
Commenting on the news, David Shannon, Managing Director of Toyota Ireland said: "We are very happy to kick off 2013 with some good news for 4x4 commercial buyers. The significant price drops we've made to three of the commercial Land Cruiser variants make them more attractive than ever thanks to the lower VRT rate."
