Starting this week, Renault will be offering an unlimited mileage, five-year warranty on its entire range of passenger and light commercial vehicles. Renault claims that it is the first manufacturer in Ireland to provide this type of warranty, as it aims to instil confidence and peace of mind in its latest range of vehicles.
The comprehensive warranty provides unlimited repairs during the five-year term, all of which will be carried out by Renault's trained technicians. As well as the warranty, breakdown cover is provided at no extra charge; and the policy can be transferred from owner to owner if the vehicle is sold.
The good news keeps on coming too as restrictions seem to be fairly minimal. Renault has scrapped the limitations manufacturers usually impose on taxis and hire cars - providing full, unlimited-mileage cover over the five-year period.
