What's the news?
Munster and Ireland lock, Donnacha Ryan, interrupted pre-season training with his team to take delivery of his new car. The SEAT brand ambassador took delivery of his new SEAT Leon Sports Tourer FR (that's the estate) in the iconic setting of Blarney Castle in Cork.
Ryan was appointed as a SEAT brand ambassador last year following the announcement of SEAT as the official car partner to Munster Rugby. The three-year deal sees SEAT as title sponsor of the Munster Schools Senior and Junior Cups.
Receiving the keys to the Leon Sports Tourer FR, Ryan said: "I am delighted to continue my relationship with SEAT and I am really impressed with the new SEAT Leon Sports Tourer. It really is a fabulous looking car, great to drive and functional too given the size of the boot considering the amount of gear I have to carry around for training and matches."
Neil Dalton, Head of Marketing and Product at SEAT Ireland commented: "At SEAT, we see this as a perfect fit, a top class athlete and a top class vehicle. To have Donnacha as a SEAT brand ambassador is huge for our brand. We are very proud of our partnership and association with Munster Rugby."
