Toyota Ireland has announced it has secured title sponsorship of the Ray D'Arcy Show on Today FM for a 16-month period.
As part of the package Toyota will receive 45 branded 'idents' a week (or nine a day if you prefer to break it down), 10 branded show promos across the Today FM schedule and three week-long station promotions throughout the duration of the contract.
Airing between 9 and 12, Monday to Friday, the Ray D'Arcy show is one of the most popular in Ireland with an average listenership of 218,000. The Toyota deal is similar to one in place between Renault and the Ian Dempsey show, which airs before D'Arcy each morning.
"As one of Ireland's most loved broadcasters, Ray D'Arcy has become a daily feature in homes and cars across the country," said Steve Tormey of Toyota Ireland. "As Ireland's most popular car brand, Toyota enjoys a similar role in the lives of Irish drivers. We're very proud to be partnering with the Ray D'Arcy Show and look forward to a long relationship with Ray and the team."
