Peugeot offers up to €4,500 scrappage allowance

Trade-in bonuses and low finance packages on offer from Peugeot for 152.

What's the news?

Peugeot Ireland wants your old cars. As part of its 152 registraion plate offering, Peugeot will offer up to €4,500 scrappage allowance for 2007 or older cars.

The full €4,500 is only available when buying the 5008 seven-seat MPV, but fear not, as Peugeot will also give buyers €4,000 off the 3008, €3,500 off a 2008, 308 or 508 and €3,000 off a 208.

The generosity is all part of Peugeot's Trade-In-Ability promotion and owners of newer cars need not feel left out - you still qualify for a €500 Peugeot trade-in booster on the entire Peugeot range with the exception of the 108, Tepee and RCZ models.

In addition to the trade in bonuses Peugeot has a range of finance offers  including PCP packages available from 3.9 per cent APR and hire purchase from 4.9 per cent. Van drivers are also catered for by a hire purchase plan with a 5.9 per cent APR.

Des Cannon, Managing Director at Gowan Distributors, said: "The Peugeot range has never been so fresh, so appealing. With extremely competitive finance offers, plus a five-year extended warranty offer across the Peugeot car range, the Peugeot Trade-In-Ability offer of up to €4,500 scrappage or a €500 trade-in booster for all other customers, is incredible value for customers this summer."
