What's the news?
Toyota Ireland has been holding its annual Dealer of the Year awards, and the big prize this year went to Kelly's Sales & Service of Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. Dealer of the Year is presented to the Dealer who achieves the best overall performance across a wide range of areas in both sales and after sales. In addition, Kelly's Sales & Service received a cheque for €5,000 to be used to reward and acknowledge the contribution of the dealership's staff.
Steve Tormey, Managing Director, Toyota Ireland commented: "I would like to congratulate all our 2015 award winners and thank them for their continued commitment to delivering excellent sales and aftersales experiences. The annual Toyota dealership awards recognise excellence in sales and aftersales and after encouraging performances by our dealerships in 2015, we're looking forward to 2016."
The other awards on the night were for Sales Dealer of the Year 2015 which went to Toyota Long Mile, Hybrid Retailer of the Year which was won by Carroll & Kinsella, Blackrock, Most Retail Sales which went to Denis Mahony, Kilbarrack, Best Overall Aftersales Performer 2015 which was a second win on the night for Kellys Sales & Service, Letterkenny, Best Parts Sales Performer 2015 which went to Tadg Riordan, Ashbourne, Best Accessories Sales Performer 2015 which was Kellys Sales & Service, Mountcharles and Best Kaizen (Toyota's own phrase for continuous improvement) Performer 2015 which was O'Callaghan Motor Works, Kanturk.
