New Ford Focus to cost from €22,100

All-new Ford Focus goes on sale in April across Ireland.

Ford's new Focus will go on sale in Ireland in April. The Focus, which has been a top-selling model in Ireland with some 98,470 units sold since its introduction, will arrive as an all-new five-door hatchback and four-door saloon with an estate to follow. 

The engine line-up initially will consist of 1.6-litre 95- and 115hp diesel engines, 1.6-litre 105- and 125hp petrol engines and a 2.0-litre TDCi 115hp diesel with PowerShift automatic gearbox. 

There will be three trim levels to choose from, with the entry-level car featuring ESP with traction assist, Ford Intelligent Protection system, body colour bumpers, mirrors and spoiler, electric front windows, electric door mirrors, remote central locking with flip key, stereo radio/CD with USB connectivity and capless refuelling. 

Focus Style will get, in addition to this, air conditioning, trip computer with fuel computer and eco-mode driver information system, radio steering wheel toggle controls, leather steering wheel, power heated door mirrors, body colour door handles and comfort front seats.

Zetec will add 16-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, Quickclear windscreen, sports tuned suspension, lumbar support, sports style front seats, premium centre console with arm rest and Z-design handbrake. 

The top spec Titanium model gets different 16-inch alloys, dual-zone climate control, automatic wipers, automatic lights, auto-dimming rear view mirror, hill start assist and cruise control with speed limiter.
