What's the news?
Volvo is offering buyers a €4,000 deposit contribution towards the purchase of a new S90 or V90, as the Swedish firm looks to maintain sales momentum in the face of increased competition from the new BMW 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
It's a offer being rolled out across the entire Volvo range. You can get a €2,000 contribution towards an S60, V60 or V60 Cross Country, or €1,000 towards a V40 hatchback or V40 Cross Country.
The outgoing XC60 SUV can also be had with an €1,850 contribution, and it comes with a standard Style Pack (including front and rear parking sensors, rear view camera, digital instruments and cabin mood lighting), which is worth €2,000.
Commenting on the new campaign, Patricia Greene, Head of Communications, said: "The premium car market has become very competitive and we believe these transparent contributions will put Volvo in a very strong position when consumers are considering their options and making a new car purchase. The Volvo Car brand is built on award-winning Swedish design and engineering. With our most innovative Volvo range in terms of design, safety and technology and our recently announced incentives, there has never been a better time to visit a Volvo car dealership."
