What is it?
The first time we've seen the legendary Zagato badge at the Geneva Motor Show for some time. Sadly, it's unlikely that the one-off 500 Coupé Zagato show car will make production any time soon, though if enough people express interest, you never know.
Why's it here?
Job 1: draw the crowds onto the Fiat stand. Job 2: while they're there show them the new 105hp version of Fiat's innovative TwinAir, two-cylinder engine. Despite the increase in power (and peak torque is 155Nm at 2,500rpm), the Fiat 500's emissions are still only 95g/km with this engine.
Show stopper or floor filler?
It doesn't matter if the 500 Coupé Zagato is blatantly just a remodelled Fiat 500, as the Zagato badge still means a lot to car nuts. The uninitiated will notice it too. It's by no means a floor filler, but your attention may be drawn to the Alfa 8C concept just across the aisle...
