Citroen C4 Picasso and C4 Grand Picasso updates

Big-selling Citroen MPV gets an equipment upgrade.

What's the news?

Citroen is adding some extra toys to the spec sheet of the big-selling C4 Picasso and C4 Grand Picasso as we roll towards January and the start of 181 registrations.

The range is being 'streamlined' (Citroen's words...) into two trims, an entry-level Touch, and a higher-spec Feel Exclusive. That top-spec model will, for the first time, get the option of the 130hp 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine, a sign that buyers are steadily moving away from diesel. Manual and automatic gearbox options are available.

The Feel range starts from €29,995 and now comes with privacy glass and a height-adjustable passenger seat, in addition to its previous equipment level. Feel Exclusive kicks off at €32,820 and Citroen claims that it's added €1,600 worth of extra equipment (including half-leather trim, massage front seats, electric power tailgate and electric reclining front leg rests) at no extra cost to the buyer.

There's also a Techno Pack available for the Feel Exclsuive model, at a cost of €1,650, which includes keyless access and safety features; including lane keeping assist, speed limit information, smart beam and drive attention alert. All models now come with a five-year warranty.
