What's the news?
If you're considering a new Ford Focus for 2019, then you may be interested to see the company's latest promotional offer. Ford Ireland is reducing the entry-level price of its new Ford Focus to €22,495 until the end of December 2018.
The step up to ST-Line and Titanium versions come in €1,000 increments while the range-topping Vignale model will have a starting price of €28,495.
"Since it first arrived in Ireland 20 years ago, the Ford Focus has been hugely popular with Irish motorists who loved both its standout design and great driving dynamics," said Ciarán McMahon, Chairman and Managing Director of Ford Ireland. He added: "Our 191 registration promotion will make Focus as enticing to new car buyers across the country as it was when the car first appeared here back in 1999."
The new Ford Focus comes with a selection of engines, starting with a 125hp 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol. On the diesel side, a 120hp 1.5-litre EcoBlue engine is available with the choice of a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission.
Ford also offers estate versions of the Focus across all four specification grades and these also come with the same engine choices as the five-door hatchback. The Focus estate commands a €1,070 price premium over its respective five-door version in the range.
