A new standalone Renault Pro+ Centre is to be opened next month by Dennehy Commercials at a site in the Northwest Business Park in Blanchardstown, Co. Dublin. The new facility will cater exclusively for commercial vehicle customers, serving as a one-stop-shop for all Renault customer needs.
In addition to the sales operation, the Pro+ facility will offer a variety of services for vehicle conversions and specific vehicles ranging from box bodies and fridge units to curtainsiders and ambulances. A range of demo vehicles showcasing these services will be available on site. Additionally, Dennehy Pro+ Centre will operate a short and long-term hire department to cater to all businesses.
Longer opening hours, starting from 7 am and running until 8 pm should be good news to some businesses that need to have maintenance work done outside of office hours. There will also be Saturday opening hours. The service department will be able to cater for all models up to 5-tonne vehicles, including within-the-hour diagnostics.
Speaking on the announcement of the opening, Brian Quinlan, Business Development for Renault Ireland said: "Renault Ireland is very excited to open the second dedicated Pro+ Centre in Ireland and delighted with the location of this facility within close proximity to the fast-growing business location that is Ballycoolin. This centre will now ensure that we have the aftersales and indeed sales coverage to manage our valued existing and growing base of customers, this is of paramount importance to us. We wish Dennehy Pro+ every success and assure them of our continued support."

The Dennehy name has a long association with the commercial vehicle business in Ireland, since opening its first Hino franchise in Cork in 1975. The company went on to MAN and Renault Truck franchises for the South West of Ireland and in 2012 Dennehy Motors were granted regional dealer responsibility for the South West of Ireland for Dacia and Renault.
