Limited edition Bentley ISR

Bentley will produce just 100 special edition ISR Continental GTCs; thankfully the red detailing is optional.

Bentley is marking its achievements in setting a new speed record for driving on ice in a suitably cool fashion with the Continental Supersports Convertible ISR (Ice Speed Record). Only 100 of the ISR Continentals will be made to mark the 330.69km/h (205.48mph) record set by Juha Kankkunen on a section of frozen Baltic Sea just off the coast of Finland.

The Continental ISR is available in three colours - Beluga, Quartzite and Artica White - and every model comes with a leather and Alcantara interior. All ISR models have a Dark Grey Metallic soft top. There's also unique carbon fibre trim that has a red weave though it just for the ISR model. Customers can also order the ISR Mulliner pack for no extra cost that includes Supersports ISR graphics and red detailing.

To further distinguish the ISR from other Continental models, customers can specify the 20-inch alloy wheels in red. The bonnet vents can also be finished in red and these are no-cost options.

All Continental Supersports ISR cars come with the 640hp 6.0-litre W12 engine and six-speed automatic gearbox. The extra power comes from revisions to the air intakes, intercooler and exhaust, which help the ISR accelerate from rest to 100km/h in about four seconds.

As with other Bentley Continental models, the ISR can run on regular unleaded petrol or E85 bio-ethanol and has four-wheel drive as standard. Carbon ceramic brake discs are used front and rear, while Pirelli ultra high performance tyres are fitted.

The limited edition Bentley Continental Supersports ISR is on sale now.
