Can I get out of my PCP lease to get a van?
Hi, I have a car out on a PCP lease and it is about 15 months old, but I am starting my own business and need to trade the car for a van, but the settlement on the car is €18,500. I have around €5,300 paid though the dealer is telling me that a significant deposit would be required to come out of the PCP, but the van is around €20,000. Where do I stand?
Thanks for your time

Should air conditioning gas be covered under Peugeot's warranty?
My sister drives a Peugeot 308 bought new in 2012. About a month ago the air conditioning system stopped working and I brought the car to my local dealer and was annoyed that it cost me €60 for gas to be refilled in the system, and not under warranty. I was told it was "a lack of use" that caused in.
Is it really true that if you don't use your air conditioning it will sieze up? And why didn't Peugeot pay for it under its four-year warranty?

Ford Focus or SEAT Leon diesel?
Hi there. I'm trading in a 1.6 petrol 2006 Mazda3 for a small diesel hatchback to commute in. Looking at a 2010 Ford Focus with 41,000 miles for €7,750 or a 2010 SEAT Leon with 47,000 miles for €7,950, both 1.6 diesel. I prefer the Ford's stats and Leon's looks - any advice?!
