Renault expands Irish dealer network

Tipperary, Wicklow and Dublin West all get new Renault outlets.

Renault is expanding its Irish dealer network once again. Three new outlets will be opened, one each in Tipperary, Wicklow, and Dublin West, bringing the total number of Renault dealers in Ireland to 29.

Kevin O'Leary for Clonmel

The Tipperary announcement had already been made, with the announcement that Kevin O'Leary Motor Group was appointed a Renault and Dacia agent for Clonmel.

In Dublin West, Kearys Motor Group has taken on Renault Belgard, just outside Tallaght. With over 40 years of experience in serving motorists in and around the Cork region, Kearys now add the Dublin region to its portfolio.

Windsor Motors in Bray

Meanwhile, to the southeast, Windsor Motor Group will now represent both Renault and Dacia at its premises on the Dublin Road in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Established in 1964, Windsor Motors have three other Renault and Dacia Dealerships - in Airside Dublin, Finglas and Galway.

All of these new dealers are now open for business, and the process of fitting them out with the latest dealer branding and identities will now start.

Busy 222 period

Paddy Magee, Country Operations Director, Renault Group: "We are delighted to have these three established motor groups on board from this week and we look forward to working together to represent the award-winning Renault and Dacia brands in South Tipperary, Wicklow and Dublin West. Exciting times ahead with the recently launched All-New Dacia Jogger seven-seater and the new Mégane E-Tech 100 per cent electric and an all-new Kangoo van later this year. We wish all three Dealerships all the very best as they prepare for the busy 222 registration period."
