Gowan Auto - the automotive side of the Gowan Group, and responsible for the importing of Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Opel, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, and Honda - has appointed Dennehy Motors of Limerick as a main dealer for Fiat, Fiat Professional Vans, Jeep, and Opel.
Newly refurbished showroom
To house the three new brands, Dennehy's will open a newly-refurbished 560-square metre showroom on its 14-acre site on the Dock Road in Limerick.
Dennehy's has been established for 75 years now, and as Gowan Auto points out: "is a long-recognised giant in the Irish automotive industry" with a "firm focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty" and a "solid reputation for excellence in both the commercial vehicle market and the passenger car market."
New brand identities
The new showroom will house as many as 11 new cars across all four brands, and when it's ready to open, it will be the first showroom in Ireland to use the new Stellantis Multibrand House corporate identity. The service centre is already home to one of the leading DOE testing facilities in Limerick and a 20-bay workshop, employing 25 technicians working off the latest e-VHC aftersales technology.
