Toyota Ireland will hold its Power Of Choice event at its 41 nationwide dealerships from 1-9 November. The event, which includes some special offers, is designed to drum up excitement ahead of the 251 registration period in January.
3.9 per cent finance available
Chief amongst those is the offer of a €2,500 trade-in bonus when you’re ordering one of Toyota’s hybrids, plug-in hybrids, or fully electric cars. There will also be test drives available, of course, and if you’re interested in the new Prius plug-in hybrid (and why wouldn’t you be?), then it’s available with a special 3.9 per cent interest finance package.
The idea of the event is to showcase Toyota’s choice of powertrains, which ranges from plain old petrol power in the Aygo X and the basic Yaris hatchback versions, to hybrid power in just about everything else, plug-in hybrid versions of the C-HR, Prius, and RAV4, and the all-electric bZ4X.
Indeed, Toyota Ireland is pointing out that it has plug-in hybrid versions of the C-HR, Prius, and RAV4, which come with an electric range of up to 75km, ready to be delivered in early 2025.
All-electric option
If you are thinking of going fully electric, there’s the bz4X crossover, which has a range of up to 505km, and which comes with, for peace of mind, an actual million-kilometre warranty for the battery (or ten years, whichever comes first) which guarantees that the battery will retain at least 70 per cent of its original charging capacity.
In terms of individual model offers the Toyota Corolla Hybrid can be hard with a €1,500 trade-in boost and monthly repayments of €251. The Corolla Touring Sports Hybrid (that’s the estate) has repayments of €263 per month, and again the €1,500 trade-in boost. The Corolla saloon gets the same trade-in boost and monthly repayments from €263.
Meanwhile, the Yaris Hybrid can be had with a €750 trade-in boost and monthly repayments of €217, while the C-HR has a trade-in boost of €1,750 and monthly repayments starting from €298.
Plug-in hybrid offers
The Prius plug-in hybrid costs from €321 per month, with a €2,500 trade-in boost, while the C-HR plug-in costs from €317 per month, with a €2,000 trade-in boost (or a €1,000 boost for the C-HR Sport+ model). The RAV4 plug-in gets a €1,750 trade-in boost and monthly repayments starting from €395.
Finally, the electric bZ4X has prices starting from €42,950 and flexible payment options.
