Hamann's chav-tastic Range Rover

Hamann goes mad with its version of the new Range Rover...

Dear, oh dear, oh dear. Hamann officially loses it this week with the unveiling of its 'individually designed' Range Rover that calls itself the 'Mystere'. A body kit, refreshed interior and a distinctive paint finish make up the new model; so once your eyes have adjusted from the picture above, please feel free to read on...

Exterior
If you hadn't already noticed, it's pink. The off-road version of Lady Penelope's Rolls-Royce has actually been finished in a high-gloss mirrored paint with matt-pink pillars. A bespoke 'wide-boy' body kit has been installed, adding an extra 80mm of width thanks to new side skirts, wheel arches and door fittings. A new bumper and carbon bonnet reside up front, while a new rear skirt houses four exhaust outlets. Keeping it off the ground are enormous 23-inch forged alloys finished with a black/chrome colour scheme.

Interior
Happily, the interior doesn't have to be pink. Inside, Hamann has returned to (relative) normality by offering a completely customised cabin featuring upgraded materials: chrome, aluminium or wood inserts and branded kick plates and floor mats.

Mechanicals
Hamann has placed a tweaked version of Range Rover's 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine under the bonnet - just in case someone gets behind the wheel that doesn't want to be seen. Couple this to the 40mm lowered ride height and the 305/30 R23 Continental tyres and the Mystere shouldn't be too much of a barge in the corners either.

Anything else?
Pricing details for the Mystere have yet to be released, but we're certain that this won't stop Premiership WAGs and Katie Price placing orders. Paper bags are not sold as an optional extra.
