Prices for the Renault Captur have been announced and the crossover is now available to order from €19,330. Offering a blend of MPV, SUV and family hatchback characteristics there are two trim levels and two engines available.
Both power units are turbocharged and customers can choose between the 0.9-litre petrol TCe 90 and the 1.5-litre diesel dCi 90. The '90' relates to the engine's power output while CO2 emissions are 113- and 95g/km respectively. An automatic dCi 90 EDC version will join the range in 2014.
The trim levels are Life and Intense; standard equipment includes 16-inch alloy wheels, climate control and a rear bench seat that slides to extend rear legroom or boot space. Renault expects more buyers to choose the higher-specification Intense version. This adds MediaNav, 17-inch wheels and removable, washable seat covers.
Customers can make their Captur their own with a choice of interior and exterior personalisation packs as well as the option of black, orange or ivory coloured 17-inch alloy wheels.
