Cork-based Volkswagen dealer, Newmarket Motors, has been awarded a European Service Quality Award by Volkswagen Europe. This is in fact the third time that this award, which is voted on by individual customers throughout Europe, has been given to the company. Based on the best results achieved in both quality of service provided and customer retention, Newmarket Motors is the only Volkswagen dealer in Ireland to have won this award on three occasions and is one of just ten in Europe to have done so.
Collecting the award, Annette Browne, Business Manager said: "I am delighted to accept this award on behalf of the Volkswagen Service Team at Newmarket Motors who work tirelessly to maintain the highest standard of service to our many customers.
