Ford Ireland has announced that its Motorcraft service for Ford cars five years or older has now been extended to commercial vehicles too. This means that, if you own a Transit registered before 2010, you, like the Focus owner, can now avail of the Motorcraft service that starts from €129 for both cars and vans.
Included in the service are:
- Oil and oil filter change, air or cabin filter replacement, whichever requires priority fitment
- Electronic Vehicle Health Check
- Check for Outstanding Service Enhancements and Software Updates
- A car or van wash
In addition, to top it all off. Ford Ireland will throw in a €20 One4All voucher to all owners who book a service before the end of July, just to sweeten the deal. Not that it needs to be sweetened too much as Ford is offering a price match guarantee on the service costs, a comprehensive parts guarantee and an NCT/DOE guarantee.
"This is a great offer for owners of older Ford vans or cars," according to Dave Pimlott, Ford Ireland Director of Customer Service. "In addition to the quality commitments of the Ford Motorcraft Service, Ford owners can rest assured that the best trained master technicians are looking after their Ford vehicle and then there is the added bonus of a €20 One4All gift card that can be spent in thousands of shops, restaurants or fuel outlets across the country".
