Natalie Price wins a Mustang for a year and €30,000, as part of Ford’s centenary celebrations in Ireland.

What's the news?

As part of Ford's 100th anniversary in Ireland, a Clonakilty woman has won a Ford Mustang for a year and €30,000 in cash. The promotion, entitled 'Find a Ford, Find a Fortune' was ran in conjunction with the Dermot and Dave show on Today FM from March 6th to 10th. A clue was given on air each day as to the whereabouts of a Ford Mustang hidden on Google Maps, and each participant who found the car was entered into a draw to win the substantial prize.

Natalie Price was announced as the winner live on air yesterday at an event in Killarney. She was understandably thrilled, commenting: "This really is a dream come true, I love everything about the Mustang, and I am absolutely delighted to get to drive it for a year. It will certainly be a life changing year ahead with the Mustang and the cash prize, and I can't wait to get in the driving seat."

Ciarán McMahon, chairman and MD of Ford Ireland added: "What better way for us to celebrate the centenary of our business in Ireland than to offer our most iconic and desirable car to one lucky person for the year. Huge congratulations to Natalie on winning, we wish her a year of happy and safe motoring in the Mustang. Just one word of advice though, get ready to be noticed!"
