Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Ireland is hosting a Black Friday Weekend 172 sales event across its dealer network on Friday, 21 and Saturday, 22 July.
Over the two days, dealers will be offering significant savings on all of its models, from the Caddy to the Crafter including the new Amarok V6. Dealers will be extending their opening hours to accommodate customers best, and with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles keen to promote its finance packages, there will also be business managers on hand to demonstrate various finance solutions.
Commenting on the announcement of the event, Alan Bateson, Managing Director, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles said: "We are delighted to announce this unique event where motorists can achieve real savings on our award-winning range including up to 10 per cent off Ireland's best-selling van, the Caddy. There are also huge savings to be had on the 2016 International Van of the Year, the Transporter with up to 12 per cent off and the all new Crafter, International Van of the Year 2017 has up to 10 per cent off. Also included in the offerings is the newly launched Amarok V6, the most powerful and well-equipped pick up in the Irish market which has up to 8 per cent off."
He added: "If there are any motorists who are in the market for a new commercial vehicle, then the Black Friday Weekend Event is unquestionably for them. So far in 2017, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has seen a two per cent growth in market share despite a 3.9 per cent decrease in new vehicle registrations, while the overall light commercial vehicle market has contracted by 14.2 percent year-to-date.
