Renault has announced its lineup of 201-registration offers, and is featuring as 'Carbon Cashback' as part of its package of discounts.
Supporting the national carbon strategy
With these offers, Renault Ireland claims that it is "supporting the national carbon action plan by rewarding customers for choosing a cleaner, lower emissions car with Renault Carbon Rewards, a simple and transparent new 201 offer, which delivers real and substantial savings to customers."
That Carbon Cashback gets you a €1,000 discount right of the bat, and applies to all orders taken before January 21st 2020. On top of that, Renault is offering buyers a special 2.01 per cent APR finance rate, through the Renault Bank. The company claims that rate can offer buyers as much as a €2,500 saving on interest payments compared to a high-street bank car loan.
€4,000 savings on a Kadjar
For the Kadjar crossover in particular, Renault says that buyers can get an effective €4,000 saving, if you combine the Carbon Cashback and claimed finance savings of up to €3,000. The Kadjar is, of course, an existing model, but Renault will be applying the same 201-plate offers to its incoming glut of new cars - the new Clio, new Captur, and new, longer-range, electric Zoe.
Renault's dealers will hold a series of 'Renault Runway' events across the country from the 7th to the 9th of November - dates which coincide with the arrival of the first of the new Clios destined for Ireland.
Offers for Dacia and van lineups
There are offers for Renault's commercial lineup too, with claimed savings of as much as €3,000 for the Kangoo, Trafic, and Master (the last two of which have just been heavily updated). Buyers can avail of 3.9 per cent finance over five years, and there's a five year warranty, and five years' roadside assistance too.
For the Dacia lineup, you'll be able to nab a new Duster, Sandero, or Logan for zero deposit, 4.9 per cent finance, and retail prices from as low as €11,340. Dacia will have a 'sales event' from the 21st to the 23rd of November.
