With today being Friday the 13th, today's Friday Find pair are all about the numbers. In the sensible corner, is this Mazda6 Tourer estate. The 6, with its 2.2-litre diesel engine, is one of our very favourite mid-size family cars, and it looks best (and works best too) as an estate. Massively practical, terrific to drive and deeply, deeply handsome. Just watch that fuel consumption - with 150hp on tap, it's often too tempting to dip into the engine's power reserves, which drives you consumption up rather a lot.
We've found this 131-plate 6 Tourer for just 22,450 (about as much as a basic new Golf) and it comes with Bluetooth, cruise control, satnav and parking sensors, plus a year's warranty. Just to round out the tempting numbers, it's just 200 a year to tax. A lot of car for the money.

If we're talking numbers though, let's talk some seriously big numbers. How about 6,750cc for instance? That's the displacement of the V8 engine in this Bentley Turbo R we found on sale from a Dublin-based dealer. It's not so big an engine that Bentley wasn't prepared to strap a whacking great turbocharger to it though, creating an instant performance and luxury icon.
Driving one of these is rather like driving a stately home that can do warp speeds. Yes, if anything breaks it's going to cost a second mortgage to get it fixed and yes, filling up the tank takes the GDP of a small African nation, but you can buy this whole car for just over 12,000. Small numbers for such a big car. Come on, it's Friday the 13th. What could possibly go wrong?
