The Joe Duffy Group will, assuming the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) gives the go-ahead, purchase C.A.B. Motors in Cork.

C.A.B. is a familiar name to anyone who grew up in Cork and has been a Ford main dealer since 1925.
Duffy's 50th anniversary
Assuming that the CCPC does give its assent, the deal should go through by the end of November.
