What taxes to pay on registering a classic?

Sirs, I have an opportunity to purchase a classic car that was acquired in the UK in 2006, but little used and never registered. What registration charges and/or penalties are likely to be due now?

Much obliged.

Which new Peugeot 5008 diesel to go for?

Hi,

I was hoping to buy either a 2016 Peugeot 5008 1.6 BlueHDi 120 or a 2.0 BlueHDi 150; both are very similar: which one would you recommend in terms of performance, economy and reliability?

Thanks, Gary

Kia Sorento vs. Hyundai Santa Fe please!

Do the new Kia Sorento and Hyundai Santa Fe drive exactly the same when driven on Irish twisty back roads, or has one better handling? I live in Killarney.

Am I mad to go for Land Rover commercial?

Hi there,

I am a rural vet driving a SWB commercial Toyota Landcruiser. I need to change to a 4x4 with more seating for the kids. I'm thinking of a Land Rover Discovery utility commercial. I'm wondering am I mad to make this move as the stories over the years about Land Rover reliability are plentiful.

What will I replace my Fiat Multipla with?

I want to replace my Fiat Multipla, which I love. Have delayed replacing it as Fiat discontinued it after 2007 and I haven't been able to find a replacement that offers the six-seat option (3 in front, 3 in back). In addition, the Multipla had a decent sized boot. Can you suggest an alternative to the Multipla?
